ANDREW ERWIN
lead pastor
Born in Detroit, Michigan, Andrew escaped to Georgia when he was 2-years-old and has never looked back. With a background of leading and pastoring, Andrew joined The Vine in 2015 as Teaching and Executive Pastor, then became the Lead Pastor in July 2019. Wanna find him outside of work? Well, grab your running shoes! Andrew has completed two marathons and enjoys hiking, reading, writing, watching sports and hanging out with family and friends. Read more here.

GUS BISHOP

This Georgia native and proud UGA Alum has been with The Vine from the very beginning. Gus first served as the Student Pastor and now he is the CE Campus Pastor and CE Campus Student Pastor. Gus loves seeing people come alive to their identity as sons and daughters of God and watching them awaken to the Holy Spirit in them. You can probably find Gus at a local coffee shop, in worship, reading, watching movies, cooking, or spending time with his wife Nicole, and his kids, Bailey and Briana.

PEDRO SIMS
FB Campus Pastor | FB Campus Student pastor
Pedro (also Micheal - ask him about it), a Georgia native, loves when people find community as the person Christ created them to be. He graduated from Point University with a B.S. in Biblical Studies and was a student pastor at a church in Forsyth County for almost 7 years before transitioning to TVC as our Student Pastor and then in 2021 as our FB Campus Pastor. If there’s an Atlanta or UGA sports game on - you know where to find him because his life really consists of two things - family time and sports.

NATALIE GROSS
FB CAMPUS Administrator
To know her is to love her! This Georgia native graduated with a degree in Psychology who also loves watching One Tree Hill, working out, hitting up the local Chick-Fil-A. Natalie loves to serve our community and sweats the details. She's likely at home being a homebody but is always down for a coffee shop hang, or a McDonalds coke, if you know you know.

BECKY HAND
FB CONNECTIONS DIRECTOR
Our nature-loving, people-hugging, one-of-a-kind Becky has over 20 years of ministry experience, a Masters in Theological Studies, and is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church. Becky loves getting to know people, hearing their stories and coming alongside them as they press into becoming a follower of Jesus. She believes that God has a dream and plan for each person to join Him in the work of bringing heaven to earth, and we completely agree!

JESSICA JONES
CE CAMPUS ADMINISTRATOR
You know that one person who can do it all? Yeah, that's Jessica! JJ, as we like to call her, has been around TVC from the very start with her husband Kris. Her free time is usually spent being an Uber for her two kids but Jessica also loves to read fiction and watch "silly shows" like The Bachelor and Dancing with the Stars (when it's not football or basketball season, of course!)

JENNA Pilkington
CE CONNECTIONS DIRECTOR
Meet Jenna, everyone's biggest cheerleader! Her and her family joined us at The Vine 5 years ago. Prior to that, Jenna was consistently a part of church small groups and served in the military for 12 years. Outside of church, you can find Jenna counseling others, hanging out with her family, hiking, or chasing her chickens! As Connections Director, she loves being able to engage and help develop personal relationships with people in our church community. She loves helping others find their place and creating an environment of belonging. There is nothing better than a group of Jesus-loving people, coming together to grow in their faith and then taking that faith into their other circles of influence.

Mandy and her husband, Nate, have been at The Vine since 2011 and were a part of our launch team for the Flowery Branch Campus! Before The Vine, she studied early childhood education and was an elementary school teacher. When her boys were born, she left her teaching job to stay home with them. In her free time, you are most likely to find Mandy at home watching Hallmark movies! Mandy is passionate about creating an environment where kids can come and be excited about knowing and learning about Jesus.

LIZ WALTERS

Liz has served as the Chateau Elan Children’s Director since the beginning of The Vine, but let’s not forget her career as a ballerina dancing for UGA and The Charleston Ballet. She comes alive watching children get excited about Jesus. And there’s a good chance that outside of TVC she’s driving her four kids to ballet, soccer, basketball or other activities. Spot her on the road and give a wave!
