OUR STORY

The story of The Vine Church began with a vision for a church to be planted in the Braselton community that was committed to making disciples who are equipped to make disciples. In 2006, this vision became a reality as the church began small groups in two homes. Those Bible Studies served as the foundation for the church to launch weekly worship services on Easter Sunday in 2007.

The Vine grew rapidly and quickly outgrew its original location in a local dance studio. In 2009, The Vine leased space in a retail location on Highway 211. Although leadership thought this was a temporary home, the Lord had other plans and presented an incredible opportunity to purchase the entire building. This resulted in additional space for our Kidzu Children’s Ministry and dedicated space for The Vine Youth. This facility is now known as the Chateau Elan Campus.

In 2015, The Vine Church felt called to multiply and launched a second campus in the Flowery Branch Community. This campus experienced steady growth that led to the need for additional space. In 2021, a building renovation was completed that opened up more Kidzu Children’s Ministry space as well as a brand-new lobby designed to create opportunities for rich conversation before and after worship services.

The Vine Church remains committed to our work of making disciples making disciples. Our primary strategy for this holy work is to create opportunities for people of all ages and stages of life to experience Christ-Centered community. We are incredibly grateful for all that God has done and remain convinced that the best is yet to come.
